At a very young of 35 years, I had scaled the top of sales and marketing ladder to become the national head of Sales and Marketing at a leading asset management company in India. I can attribute my success to the principles that I share with you in this program.

The Sales Accelerator

I offer the Sales Accelerator in three formats, you can pick and choose what works best for you.

This is a completely online format and meant for sales professionals who are self-motivated and willing to learn on their own.

The course has 75 minutes of videos spread across six sections with quizzes to test your understanding and knowledge of the key concepts. There are certain exercises that you need to do as a part of this course. This helps you put into practise what you have learnt in the program. Action changes Things.  You need to treat this program as a workshop to derive the maximum benefit from it.

As any sales person will tell you, the # 1 problem for most of them is that either they do not have access to high value clients and even if they have, they are unable to covert! One of the modules in the sales accelerator focuses on prospecting. So, I decide to adapt this module into a 3 Day challenge that can help you fix your customer acquisition challenges.

The Sales Accelerator – Online with Group Coaching

This works best for Asset Management and Wealth Management organisations that are keen to equip their sales teams and relationship managers with the key insights to solve their growth issues.

The program works best with homogeneous group of participants as it enables me to customise the program to address their specific challenges and problems. The maximum group size that is recommended is 25.

The program duration is 3 months.

The broad structure is as follows:

1. Introductory Session:

The program starts with an introductory session of 90 mins to 120 mins duration. In this session, I familiarize the participants with the program outline and how best to make use of it.

2. Online Mentoring Course:

Participants are given access to the online version of “The Sales Accelerator”. The participants are also provided with a workbook that is to be used in lieu of the exercises that are provided as part of the online version. I customise the workbook to the specific requirements of the group by interviewing 2-3 participants that helps me get a deeper understanding of their challenges so that I can tailor make my coaching sessions to address the same.

3. Fortnightly Mentoring Sessions:

I interact with the participants through the fortnightly coaching sessions. The focus of these sessions is to work specifically on addressing the key issues being faced by the participants. Each sessions lasts between 90 mins to 120 mins.

The Sales Accelerator – Individual Coaching

This is a premium offering specially designed for sales professionals that work with very select audiences like family offices, Ultra HNIs and corporate treasuries.

The program duration is 3 months.

The broad structure is as follows:

1. Introductory Session:

The program starts with a group introductory session of 90 mins to 120 mins duration. In this session, I familiarize the participants with the program outline and how best to make use of it.

2. Online Mentoring Course:

Participants are given access to the online version of “The Sales Accelerator”. The participants are also provided with a workbook that is to be used in lieu of the exercises that are provided as part of the online version. I customise the workbook to the specific requirements of the group by interviewing 2-3 participants that helps me get a deeper understanding of their challenges so that I can tailor make my coaching sessions to address the same.

3. Fortnightly Mentoring Sessions:

In addition to the introductory sessions, there will be individual coaching sessions. These sessions are conducted on a one on one basis and are further customised to the needs of each of the individual participant.
