A little bit about my background
I have led the Sales & Marketing teams at leading Global and Indian organisations including Franklin Templeton Asset Management – India (1996-2003), MetLife India Insurance (2003-2006), FIL Fund Management- India (2006-2012) and my last corporate role was with UTI Asset Management Company Ltd (2014-2019) as Group President – Sales and Marketing.
What prompted me to get into coaching?
I am very passionate about Sales and Investments. My career has revolved around these two areas and I enjoy it a lot as it challenges me all the time. There is always a new situation and you never stop learning.
After a successful corporate career where I had achieved everything that I had desired for, I was looking for something that I can continue for the coming years and decades ahead. As I reflected on my strengths and passions, I realised that whatever I did had to be in the areas of Sales and Investments.
I wanted to share my deep and unique insights in sales. Interestingly, I found that there is very little work done in the asset and wealth management industry that is focussed purely on Sales. So I decided to create a program that can help deliver a transformation in sales outcomes. This is how “The Sales Accelerator” was born.
I am the Founder and Master Coach for “The Sales Accelerator” program.
And then one of my closest friend’s introduced me to Lance Tanaka. He is the Master Coach, Founder and Managing Director of the Lance Tanaka Group. The group works with the best of best Global clients including the top 3 consulting firms, top 10 investment banks, top 25 insurance companies, the Big 4 accounting firms… an envious list of clientele.
This association has help me tremendously strengthen my coaching capabilities. I have worked closely with Lance to create a diverse range of programs that enable me to impact a lot more individuals. Further, it has given me the opportunity of taking “ The Sales Accelerator globally and impact the lives of sales professionals in financial services, wherever they may be based around the globe.
Over the coming years, I expect to add a few more programs but if there is one thing that will be common to all of them, they all are geared to DELIVER A TRANSFORMATION!
